Hart, Carl
[PSYC W2460] Drugs and Behavior

Please keep in mind that this review is more than 5 years old.

I think the previous reviewer didn't realize that Prof. Hart likes to joke. I studied from the review sheets for both midterms and did very well. And if a professor realizes he doesn't have the time to complete every single chapter in the textbook, shouldn't he focus more on what would be more interesting for his students?
THis class is great. The material is really interesting, and Prof. Hart is a great person to be teaching this course. You have to (gasp) study for the exams but if you do they are actually really easy.

Workload:

Random quizzes that only count for 10% and I assume are really geared toward getting you to come to class more than anything else. Two midterms and a cumulative final, with great review sheets given out before each exam. To do well you probably should keep up with the textbook reading, although it's not too cumbersome and even if you leave the reading for the last minute you should be ok.
Overall a very doable and enjoyable class.
