Professor MacLeod is a good professor. He will gie you some really useful tools for how one can think about public policy issues in an economic, rational way. The thinking tools you learn are a good reason to take the class. However, a few critiques:
1.) He provides little feedback on assignments and can take a while to return assignments. He'll readily provide feedback in office hours, however.
2.) His expectations for the final paper were unclear. Had he been more clear, I would not have written my paper proposal as I did.
