Always available to chat about papers as well as incredibly respectful of his students, John Brunero is possibly the nicest teacher I have ever had. He makes the CC experience, which can often be quite horrfic, pretty painless. He always came to class organized and made sure we got to all the main points of the authors. I walked away from the class with an excellent knowledge of the books we read as well as the ability to read other philosophical texts in the future (which John inspired me to do). Also an incredibly smart/talented person in general-- he will probably be a famous philosopher someday.
